Pender Electric performed a service upgrade to enhance the property’s electrical system. A new 225 amp surface mounted panel was installed next to the existing service, providing expanded capacity and improved reliability.
Safety and efficiency are non-negotiable at Pender, even when specialized equipment comes into play.
Our team pulled new branch circuit wires to a junction box in the garage, removed the old main service, and carried out all necessary connections and breaker installations. Each step was completed with precision to ensure compliance and long term performance.
To improve safety and convenience, Pender Electric addressed the necessary corrections identified during a home inspection in Ramona. This included removing extension cords that had been feeding a fan and eliminating two abandoned exterior lights.
